2025-2026 Adult Parkour Classes
Must be 18 years old or older as of September 1, 2025.
We are now offering Adult Classes in our Parkour Gym which is located in the Ultimate Team Training Center at 6908 Downwind Rd, Greensboro. Parkour has grown since it's introduction due to it's creative and individual nature. In this sport, participants use physical and mental strength and agility to manuver through obstacles. Participants have the freedom to move and improve at their own pace.
Join us for this unique opportunity to learn the exciting sport of Parkour, or to expand your Parkour skills. You will have a blast while getting a great workout!

- We are in the 2025-2026 class session which began after Labor Day.
- Students may join classes at any time throughout the session which runs through August of 2026.
- Registration does not automatically carry over from year to year, so all students (new and returning) must register for the current session.
- Saturday Classes in 2025-2026 will be offered in 3 sessions (Fall, Winter, and Spring).
You will need to register for each individual session.
